We will email you with details of how to make payment via bank transfer, we do not accept credit/debt card payments.

One week time slots for allocation generally run from:
Saturday to Saturday in high season - we are flexible in low season if you want to take advantage of cheaper mid-week flights.

Other time slots can maybe negotiated, for example a 10 day booking Sunday to Tuesday could be catered for - depending on the demand anticipated around the time slot in question, how early the booking is placed, or other factors such as repeat business. (Low Season Only)

Please note:

Villa allocation starts at 4pm and ends at 10am.  LUGGAGE ONLY CAN BE DROPPED OFF BEFORE THIS TIME BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITH THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Please understand every minute of this 6-hour window is vital for staff to fully prepare the villa(s) between bookings. Please do not arrive earlier than 4pm or depart later than 10am at the end of your stay. We can only accommodate early arrivals by clear prior arrangement, and cannot make guarantees to this effect. Please call the mobile number you were provided with at the time of booking as you drive from the airport. You will then be met at your villa. If no one answers your call please leave a voice message - include information you need to relay and include your contact telephone. The management team will get back to you.

BEACH TOWELS: Please bring your own beach towels.
We ask that you use them on the sun loungers to keep sun oil/lotion off the cushions

Deposit Policy

An initial 25% deposit is required, to allocate your desired time slot. The remaining balance is then to be paid no later than 60 days before the start date of your booking.

The Refundable Security Bond

* IMPORTANT - A refundable security bond of €500 is to be paid along with the balance of the booking. This will be refunded less any deductions (see below) by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure date.   Deductions will be made for broken, partially broken or missing items that your villa was equipped with upon your arrival. Deductions are made at cost of replacement for the item in question.   A list of price deductions will be pointed out to you at the start of your holiday.

Arrival Day Procedure

You are required to acknowledge a checklist of inventory and condition before your stay commences, you will be guided through this process by a member of staff and will require 30 minutes of your time upon arrival to complete this procedure and a general orientation. This safe guards both parties’ interests and helps greatly in avoiding unnecessary misunderstandings.

If it is you that have paid for the booking please be aware that it is you that will be financially penalised by the damage that may be caused by others in your group or their non-paying guests. Clearly it is best to ensure that all of your party attend the orientation upon arrival, it's takes only 30 minutes, and better still if all independent parties that make up your group have paid their share of the refundable deposit - in full & before arrival. Non-paying guests can be a source of problems, we advise not to allow non-paying guests onto the property. We do want you to enjoy the benefits of a villa rental, and do not wish to be draconian with rule enforcement and so this is given as advice only. The conduct of anyone who enters the villa will be the responsibility of yourself together with the other independent members of your group, all safe guarding your collective capital at risk.

Departure Day

Please note that clients are required to strip beds and leave the villa in a clean condition on the departure day. This greatly assists the Management Team who are under great time pressure on your departure day to prepare the villa for newly arriving guests. Your cooperation in this regard is very much appreciated.

Last Payment Date

To secure your booking your balance is required to be paid in full 60 days before your booking start date. If not received your booked slot may be allocated to a full paying other party, without notice to yourself and you will also lose your deposit, as set out above under the section Booking Policy. So please, do make sure the funds are available 60 days before your start date. Late payment disputes and disappointments are the last thing we want.
